Design Development Terms and Conditions
Dear valued client!
We provide 2d & 3d design services.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your design project. To ensure a smooth and successful
collaboration, please find below our terms and conditions:
1. Measurements: Kindly provide clear measurements in mm, including doors, windows, and ceiling levels.
2. Ceiling Height: We would appreciate it if you specify the total ceiling height.
3. Site Information: To better understand your project, kindly share site photographs and videos, and confirm if it’s under construction or renovation?
4. Detailed Information Form: We will provide a detailed form for you to fill out, which will help us gather all necessary design details.
5. Working Days: Please note that our working days are Monday to Friday, and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
6. Revisions: We offer two complimentary revisions to ensure your design meets your expectations. Any additional revisions will incur the same design fee.
7. Design Specifications: Kindly provide color textures and materials in scanned documents or JPG files.
8. Payment Terms: We require 100% advance payment before commencing work on your design project.
